We are a non-profit Swiss association based in Geneva. Our goal is to:

The name of our association refers to a collective consciousness that generates ideas through collaborative work.

Main members

Irina IVANOVA

Born in Russia, speaks several languages and has been living in Switzerland for more than 14 years.

Irina has an extensive experience in creating and managing companies. With the creation of the Hive Mind Events Association, Irina realizes a project she has wanted to carry out for some time: she aims at making accessible to a large public in Switzerland advice on how to improve their day-to-day life and become more successful.

Irina holds a diploma from the prestigious Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and a french-russian Masters in International Management. She was trained as a coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) trainer in France, Switzerland, Russia and the United States and studied art, tourism and cultural geography of Switzerland and France.

Valeria IVANOVA

Irina’s daughter, Valeria also speaks several languages and has been living in Switzerland for more than 12 years.

After she had done HEC in Moscow, the tourism schooling and BFAD in Geneva and had gained different relevant experience, she joined the company “irina s.a.” - VIP-services for foreigners in Switzerland: tourism, spa and healthcare, real estate, education, life in Switzerland.

She started as the secretary, then manager, then office manager, then deputy director and now she is the director. She is also one of the founders of Hive Mind Events association.
